Return Process

  Log into your SeoulSeoul account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
